Psalm 41:4-6

I said, "Have mercy on me, LORD; heal me, for I have sinned against you." My enemies say of me in malice, "When will he die and his name perish?" When one of them comes to see me, he speaks falsely, while his heart gathers slander; then he goes out and spreads it around.

Have mercy on me, LORD 
Psalm 6:2  Have mercy on me, LORD, for I am faint; heal me, LORD, for my bones are in agony.
Psalm 9:13  LORD, see how my enemies persecute me! Have mercy and lift me up from the gates of death, ...

heal me 
Deuteronomy 32:39  "See now that I am he! There is no God besides me. I put to death and I bring to life, I have wounded and I will heal, and no one can deliver out of my hand."

for I have sinned against you 
Psalm 51:4  Against you, only you, have I sinned and done what is evil in your sight; so you are right in your verdict and justified when you judge.

"When will he die and his name perish?" 
Psalm 38:12  Those who want to kill me set their traps, those who would harm me talk of my ruin; all day long they scheme and lie.

When one of them comes to see me, he speaks falsely 
Psalm 12:2  Everyone lies to their neighbor; they flatter with their lips but harbor deception in their hearts.
Psalm 101:7  No one who practices deceit will dwell in my house; no one who speaks falsely will stand in my presence.
Matthew 5:11-12  "Blessed are you when people insult you, persecute you and falsely say all kinds of evil against you because of me. Rejoice and be glad, because great is your reward in heaven, for in the same way they persecuted the prophets who were before you."

while his heart gathers slander 
Proverbs 26:24  Enemies disguise themselves with their lips, but in their hearts they harbor deceit.

then he goes out and spreads it around 
Leviticus 19:16  " 'Do not go about spreading slander among your people.' "
