Psalm 69:22-25

May the table set before them become a snare; may it become retribution and a trap. May their eyes be darkened so they cannot see, and their backs be bent forever. Pour out your wrath on them; let your fierce anger overtake them. May their place be deserted; let there be no one to dwell in their tents.

Romans 11:7-10  What then? What the people of Israel sought so earnestly they did not obtain. The elect among them did, but the others were hardened, as it is written: "God gave them a spirit of stupor, eyes that could not see and ears that could not hear, to this very day." (Deuteronomy 29:4; Isaiah 29:10) And David says: "May their table become a snare and a trap, a stumbling block and a retribution for them. May their eyes be darkened so they cannot see, and their backs be bent forever." (Psalm 69:22-23)

Pour out your wrath on them 
Psalm 79:6-7  Pour out your wrath on the nations that do not acknowledge you, on the kingdoms that do not call on your name; for they have devoured Jacob and devastated his homeland.
Jeremiah 10:25  Pour out your wrath on the nations that do not acknowledge you, on the peoples who do not call on your name. For they have devoured Jacob; they have devoured him completely and destroyed his homeland.

May their place be deserted 
Leviticus 26:43  " 'For the land will be deserted by them and will enjoy its sabbaths while it lies desolate without them. They will pay for their sins because they rejected my laws and abhorred my decrees.' "
Matthew 23:38  "Look, your house is left to you desolate."

let there be no one to dwell in their tents 
Acts 1:20  "For," said Peter, "it is written in the Book of Psalms: 'May his place be deserted; let there be no one to dwell in it' (Psalm 69:25), and 'May another take his place of leadership.' " (Psalm 109:8)
