Psalm 68:21-23

Surely God will crush the heads of his enemies, the hairy crowns of those who go on in their sins. The LORD says, "I will bring them from Bashan; I will bring them from the depths of the sea, that your feet may wade in the blood of your foes, while the tongues of the dogs have their share."

I will bring them from the depths of the sea 
Job 36:30  "See how he scatters his lightning about him, bathing the depths of the sea."

that your feet may wade in the blood of your foes 
Psalm 58:10  The righteous will be glad when they are avenged, when they dip their feet in the blood of the wicked.

while the tongues of the dogs have their share 
1 Kings 21:17-19  Then the word of the LORD came to Elijah the Tishbite: "Go down to meet Ahab king of Israel, who rules in Samaria.
