Psalm 68:32-33

Sing to God, you kingdoms of the earth, sing praise to the Lord, to him who rides across the highest heavens, the ancient heavens, who thunders with mighty voice.

Sing to God, you kingdoms of the earth 
Psalm 46:6  Nations are in uproar, kingdoms fall; he lifts his voice, the earth melts.
Psalm 67:4  May the nations be glad and sing for joy, for you rule the peoples with equity and guide the nations of the earth.

sing praise to the Lord 
Psalm 7:17  I will give thanks to the LORD because of his righteousness; I will sing the praises of the name of the LORD Most High.

to him who rides across the highest heavens 
Deuteronomy 33:26  "There is no one like the God of Jeshurun, who rides across the heavens to help you and on the clouds in his majesty."

who thunders with mighty voice 
Exodus 9:23-24  When Moses stretched out his staff toward the sky, the LORD sent thunder and hail, and lightning flashed down to the ground. So the LORD rained hail on the land of Egypt; hail fell and lightning flashed back and forth. It was the worst storm in all the land of Egypt since it had become a nation.
Psalm 29:3-4  The voice of the LORD is over the waters; the God of glory thunders, the LORD thunders over the mighty waters. The voice of the LORD is powerful; the voice of the LORD is majestic.
Isaiah 30:30  The LORD will cause people to hear his majestic voice and will make them see his arm coming down with raging anger and consuming fire, with cloudburst, thunderstorm and hail.
Isaiah 33:3  At the uproar of your army, the peoples flee; when you rise up, the nations scatter.
Isaiah 66:6  "Hear that uproar from the city, hear that noise from the temple! It is the sound of the LORD repaying his enemies all they deserve."
