Psalm 22:13

Roaring lions that tear their prey open their mouths wide against me.

Roaring lions 
Psalm 22:21  Rescue me from the mouth of the lions; save me from the horns of the wild oxen.
Ezekiel 22:25  "There is a conspiracy of her (Israel's) princes within her like a roaring lion tearing its prey; they devour people and precious things and make many widows within her."
Zephaniah 3:3  Her (Jerusalem's) officials within her are roaring lions; her rulers are evening wolves who leave nothing for the morning.

open their mouths wide against me 
Lamentations 3:46  "All our enemies have opened their mouths wide against us.
Lamentations 2:16  All your enemies open their mouths wide against you (Jerusalem); they scoff and gnash their teeth and say, "We have swallowed her up. This is the day we have waited for; we have lived to see it."
Isaiah 9:12-13  Arameans from the east and Philistines from the west have devoured Israel with open mouth. Yet for all this, his anger is not turned away, his hand is still upraised. But the people have not returned to him who struck them, nor have they sought the LORD Almighty.
