Psalm 73:4-6

They have no struggles; their bodies are healthy and strong. They are free from common human burdens; they are not plagued by human ills. Therefore pride is their necklace; they clothe themselves with violence. 

They are free from common human burdens 
Psalm 73:12  This is what the wicked are like--always free of care, they go on amassing wealth.
Ezekiel 23:42  "The noise of the carefree crowd was around her (Samaria); drunkards were brought from the desert along with men from the rabble, and they put bracelets on the wrists of the woman and her sister (Jerusalem) and beautiful crowns on their heads."

Therefore pride 
Leviticus 26:19  " 'I will break down your stubborn pride and make the sky above you like iron and the ground beneath  you like bronze.' "

is their necklace 
Genesis 41:42  Then Pharaoh took his signet ring from his finger and put it on Joseph's finger. He dressed him in robes of fine linen and put a gold chain around his neck.
Song of Songs 4:9  " 'I adorned you with jewelry: I put bracelets on your arms and a necklace around your neck, and I put a ring on your nose, earrings on your ears and a beautiful crown on your head.' "

they clothe themselves with violence 
Genesis 6:11  Now the earth was corrupt in God's sight and was full of violence.
Proverbs 4:17  They eat the bread of wickedness and drink the wine of violence.
