Psalm 72:3-4

May the mountains bring prosperity to the people, the hills the fruit of righteousness. May he defend the afflicted among the people and save the children of the needy; may he crush the oppressor. 

May he defend the afflicted among the people 
Psalm 9:12  For he who avenges blood remembers; he does not ignore the cries of the afflicted.
Psalm 76:8-9  From heaven you pronounced judgment, and the land feared and was quiet--when you, God rose up to judge, to save all the afflicted of the land.
Isaiah 49:13  Shout for joy, you heavens; rejoice, you earth; burst into song, you mountains! For the LORD comforts his people and will have compassion on his afflicted ones.

and save the children of the needy 
Psalm 72:13  He will take pity on the weak and needy and save the needy from death.
Isaiah 11:4  ... but with righteousness he will judge the needy, with justice he will give decisions for the poor of the earth. He will strike the earth with the rod of his mouth; with the breath of his lips he will slay the wicked.
Isaiah 29:19  Once more the humble will rejoice in the LORD; the needy will rejoice in the Holy One of Israel.
Isaiah 32:7  Scoundrels use wicked methods, they make up evil schemes to destroy the poor with lies, even when the plea of the needy is just.

may he crush the oppressor 
Psalm 27:11  Teach me your way, LORD; lead me in a straight path because of my oppressors.
Psalm 78:42-43  They did not remember his power--the day he redeemed them from the oppressor, the day he displayed his signs in Egypt, his wonders in the region of Zoan.
Psalm 106:10  He saved them from the hand of the foe; from the hand of the enemy he redeemed them.
Jeremiah 21:12  "This is what the LORD says to you, house of David: 'Administer justice every morning; rescue from the hand of the oppressor the one who has been robbed, or my wrath will break out and burn like fire because of the evil you have done--burn with no one to quench it.' "
