But let all who take refuge in you be glad; let them ever sing for joy. Spread your protection over them, that those who love your name may rejoice in you.

Psalm 33:1 Sing joyfully to the LORD, you righteous; it is fitting for the upright to praise him.

Job 22:17-20 "They said to God, 'Leave us alone! What can the Almighty do to us?' Yet it was he who filled their houses with good things, so I stand aloof from the counsel of the wicked. The righteous see their ruin and rejoice; the innocent mock them saying, 'Surely our foes are destroyed and fire devours their wealth.' "
