Psalm 74:21-23

Do not let the oppressed retreat in disgrace; may the poor and needy praise your name. Rise up, O God, and defend your cause; remember how fools mock you all day long. Do not ignore the clamor of your adversaries, the uproar of your enemies, which rises continually. 

Do not let the oppressed retreat in disgrace 
Psalm 9:9  The LORD is a refuge for the oppressed, a stronghold in times of trouble.
Psalm 10:17-18  You, LORD, hear the desire of the afflicted; you encourage them, and you listen to their cry, defending the fatherless and the oppressed, so that mere earthly mortals will never again strike terror.
Psalm 103:6  The LORD works righteousness and justice for all the oppressed.
Isaiah 58:10  ... and if you spend yourselves in behalf of the hungry and satisfy the needs of the oppressed, then your light will rise in the darkness, and your night will become like the noonday."

may the poor and needy praise your name 
Psalm 35:10  My whole being will exclaim, "Who is like you, LORD? You rescue the poor from those too strong for them, the poor and needy from those who rob them."

Rise up, O God, and defend your cause 
Psalm 17:13  Rise up, LORD, confront them, bring them down; with your sword rescue me from the wicked.

remember how fools mock you all day long 
Psalm 53:1  The fool says in his heart, "There is no God." They are corrupt, and their ways are vile; there is no one who does good.

Do not ignore the clamor 
Isaiah 31:4  This is what the LORD says to me: "As a lion growls, a great lion over its prey--and though a whole band of shepherds is called against it, it is not frightened by their shouts or disturbed by their clamor--so the LORD Almighty will come down to do battle on Mount Zion and on its heights."

of your adversaries 
Psalm 65:7  ... who stilled the roaring of the seas, the roaring of their waves, and the turmoil of the nations.

the uproar 
Psalm 46:6  Nations are in uproar, kingdoms fall; he lifts his voice, the earth melts.

of your enemies 
Numbers 25:17  "Treat the Midianites as enemies and kill them."
