Psalm 51:18

May it please you to prosper Zion, to build up the walls of Jerusalem. 

May it please you to prosper Zion 
Psalm 102:16  For the LORD will rebuild Zion and appear in his glory.
Psalm 147:2  The LORD builds up Jerusalem; he gathers the exiles of Israel.
Isaiah 14:32  What answer shall be given to the envoys of that nation (the Philistines)? "The LORD has established Zion, and in her his afflicted people will find refuge."
Isaiah 51:3  "The LORD will surely comfort Zion and will look with compassion on all her ruins; he will make her deserts like Eden, her wastelands like the garden of the LORD. Joy and gladness will be found in her, thanksgiving and the sound of singing."
Zechariah 1:16-17  "Therefore this is what the LORD says: 'I will return to Jerusalem with mercy, and there my house will be rebuilt. And the measuring line will be stretched out over Jerusalem,' declares the LORD Almighty. Proclaim further: This is what the LORD Almighty says: 'My towns will again overflow with prosperity, and the LORD will again comfort Zion and choose Jerusalem.' "

Psalm 69:34-36  Let heaven and earth praise him, the seas and all that move in them, for God will save Zion and rebuild the cities of Judah. Then  people will settle there and possess it; the children of his servants will inherit it, and those who love his name will dwell there.
Isaiah 44:24-28  "This is what the LORD says--your Redeemer, who formed you in the womb: I am the LORD, the Maker of all things, who stretches out the heavens, who spreads out the earth by myself, who foils the signs of false prophets and makes fools of diviners, who overthrows the learning of the wise and turns it to nonsense, who carries out the words of his servants and fulfills the predictions of his messengers, who says of Jerusalem, 'It shall be inhabited,' of the towns of Judah, 'They shall be rebuilt,' and of their ruins, 'I will restore them,' who says to the watery deep, 'Be dry, and I will dry up your streams,' who says of Cyrus, 'He is my shepherd and will accomplish all that I please; he will say of Jerusalem, "Let it be rebuilt," and of the temple, "Let its foundations be laid." ' "
