Psalm 15:3-4

... whose tongue utters no slander, who does no wrong to a neighbor, and casts no slur on others; who despises a vile person but honors those who fear the LORD; who keeps an oath even when it hurts, and does not change their mind; ...

whose tongue utters no slander
Leviticus 19:16  " 'Do not go about spreading slander among your people.' "

who despises a vile person but honors those who fear the LORD
Job 19:9  "He has stripped me of my honor and removed the crown from my head."
Acts 28:10  They (the citizens of Malta) honored us (Paul, etc.) in many ways; and when we were ready to sail, they furnished us with the supplies we needed.

who keeps an oath even when it hurts
Deuteronomy 23:21  If you make a vow to the LORD your God, do not be slow to pay it, for the LORD your God will certainly demand it of you and you will be guilty of sin.
Joshua 9:18-19  But the Israelites did not attack them (the Gibeonites), because the leaders of the assembly had sworn an oath to them by the LORD, the God of Israel. The whole assembly grumbled against the leaders, but all the leaders answered, "We have given them our oath by the LORD, the God of Israel, and we cannot touch them now." (read Joshua 9)
Matthew 5:33-37  "Again, you have heard that it was said to the people long ago, 'Do not break your oath, but fulfill to the Lord the vows you have made.' But I tell you, do not swear an oath at all: either by heaven, for it is God's throne; or by the earth, for it is his footstool; or by Jerusalem, for it is the city of the Great King. And do not swear by your head, for you cannot make even one hair white or black. All you need to say is simply 'Yes' or 'No'; anything beyond this comes from the evil one."
