2 John 9-11 Part 3 of 3

Anyone who runs ahead and does not continue in the teaching of Christ does not have God; whoever continues in the teaching has both the Father and the Son. If anyone comes to you and does not bring this teaching, do not take them into your house or welcome them. Anyone who welcomes them shares in their wicked work.

1 Corinthians 5:11  But I am now writing to you that you must not associate with anyone who claims to be a brother or sister but is sexually immoral or greedy, an idolater or slanderer, a drunkard or swindler. Do not even eat with such people. (see verses 9-13)

2 Thessalonians 3:6  In the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, we command you, brothers and sisters, to keep away from every believer who is idle and disruptive and does not live according to the teaching you received from us. (see verses 1-13)

2 Timothy 3:5  ... having a form of godliness but denying its power. Have nothing to do with them. (see verses 1-9)

Titus 3:9-11  But avoid foolish controversies and genealogies and arguments and quarrels about the law, because these are unprofitable and useless. Warn a divisive person once, and then warn them a second time. After that, have nothing to do with them. You may be sure that such people are warped and sinful; they are self-condemned.

 

Anyone who welcomes them shares in their wicked work. 

Ephesians 5:11  Have nothing to do with the fruitless deeds of darkness, but rather expose them. (see verses 1-20)

1 Timothy 5:22  Do not be hasty in the laying on of hands, and do not share in the sins of others. Keep yourself pure. (see verses 21-24)
