2 John 12-13

I have much to write to you, but I do not want to use paper and ink. Instead, I hope to visit you and talk with you face to face, so that our joy may be complete. The children of your sister, who is chosen by God, send their greetings.

John 3:27-30  To this John replied, "A person can receive only what is given to them from heaven. You yourselves can testify that I said, 'I am not the Messiah but am sent ahead of him.' The bride belongs to the bridegroom. The friend who attends the bridegroom waits and listens for him, and is full of joy when he hears the bridegroom's voice. That joy is mine, and it is now complete. He must become greater, I must become less." (see verses 22-36)

John 16:24  "Until now you have not asked for anything in my name. Ask and you will receive, and your joy will be complete." (see verses 16-33)

John 17:13  "I am coming to you now, but I say these things while I am still in the world, so that they may have the full measure of my joy within them." (see verses 6-26)

Philippians 2:1-2  Therefore if you have any encouragement from being united with Christ, if any comfort from his love, if any common sharing in the Spirit, if any tenderness and compassion, then make my joy complete by being like-minded, having the same love, being one in spirit and of one mind. (see verses 1-18)

1 John 1:3-4  We proclaim to you what we have seen and heard, so that you also may have fellowship with us. And our fellowship is with the Father and with his Son Jesus Christ. We write this to make our joy complete. (see all chapter 1)
