1 John 1:1 Part 2 of 2

That which was from the beginning, which we have heard, which we have seen with our eyes, which we have looked at and our hands have touched--this we proclaim concerning the Word of life.

1 Peter 5:1  To the elders among you, I appeal as a fellow elder and a witness of Christ's sufferings who also will share in the glory to be revealed: ... (see verses 1-11)
John 15:27  "And you also must testify, for you have been with me from the beginning." (see all chapter 15)
Luke 1:1-2  Many have undertaken to draw up an account of the things that have been fulfilled among us, just as they were handed down to us by those who from the first were eye witnesses and servants of the word. (see verses 1-4)
Mark 1:1-3  The beginning of the good news about Jesus the Messiah, the Son of God, as it is written in Isaiah the prophet: "I will send my messenger ahead of you, who will prepare your way"--"a voice of one calling in the wilderness, 'Prepare the way for the Lord, make straight paths for him.' " (Isaiah 40:3) (see verses 1-12)
Acts 1:21-22  "Therefore it is necessary to choose one of the men who have been with us the whole time the Lord Jesus was living among us, beginning from John's baptism to the time when Jesus was taken up from us. Hebrews 2:3  ... how shall we escape if we ignore so great a salvation? This salvation, which was first announced by the Lord, was confirmed to us by those who heard him. (see verses 1-4)
2 Peter 1:16  For we did not follow cleverly devised stories when we told you about the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ in power, but we were eyewitnesses of his majesty. (see verses 16-21)
 
which we have looked at and our hands have touched--this we proclaim concerning the Word of life. 
John 20:27  Then he said to Thomas, "Put your finger here; see my hands. Reach out your hand and put it into my side. Stop doubting and believe."
Mark 24:38-39  He said to them, "Why are you troubled, and why do doubts rise in your minds? Look at my hands and feet. It is I myself! Touch me and see; a ghost does not have flesh and bones, as you see I have." (see verses 36-49)
