JOY Isaiah 52:8

Listen! Your watchmen lift up their voices; together they shout for joy. When the LORD returns to Zion, they will see it with their own eyes.

Listen! Your watchmen 
1 Samuel 14:16  Saul's lookouts at Gibeah in Benjamin saw the army melting away in all directions.
Isaiah 56:10  Israel's watchmen are blind, they all lack knowledge; they are all mute dogs, they cannot bark; they lie around and dream, they love to sleep.
Isaiah 62:6-7  I have posted watchmen on your walls, Jerusalem; they will never be silent day or night. You who call on the LORD, give yourselves no rest, and give him no rest till he establishes Jerusalem and makes her the praise of the earth.

lift up their voices 
Isaiah 40:9  You who bring good news to Zion, go up on a high mountain. You who bring good news to Jerusalem, lift up your voice with a shout, lift it up, do not be afraid; say to the towns of Judah, "Here is your God!"

together they shout for joy 
Isaiah 12:6  "Shout aloud and sing for joy, people of Zion, for great is the Holy One of Israel among you."

When the LORD returns 
Numbers 10:36  Whenever it (the ark of the covenant) came to rest, he said, "Return, LORD, to the countless thousands of Israel."

to Zion 
Isaiah 59:20  "The Redeemer will come to Zion, to those in Jacob who repent of their sins," declares the LORD.
Zechariah 8:3  This is what the LORD says: "I will return to Zion and dwell in Jerusalem. Then Jerusalem will be called the Faithful City, and the mountain of the LORD Almighty will be called the Holy Mountain."
