LOVE Psalm 119:119-120
All the wicked of the earth you discard like dross; therefore I love your statutes. My flesh trembles in fear of you; I stand in awe of your laws.
All the wicked of the earth you discard like dross
Isaiah 1:22 Your silver has become dross, your choice wine is diluted with water.
Isaiah 1:25 "I will turn my hand against you; I will thoroughly purge away your dross and remove all your impurities."
Ezekiel 22:18-20 "Son of man, the people of Israel have become dross to me; all of them are the copper, tin, iron and lead left inside a furnace. They are but the dross of silver. Therefore this is what the Sovereign LORD says: 'Because you have all become dross, I will gather you into Jerusalem. As silver, copper, iron, lead and tin are gathered into a furnace to be melted with a fiery blast, so will I gather you in my anger and my wrath and put you inside the city and melt you.' "
therefore I love your statutes
Psalm 119:47 . . . for I delight in your commands because I love them.
My flesh trembles
Job 4:14 ". . . fear and trembling seized me and made all my bones shake."
Isaiah 64:2 As when fire sets twigs ablaze and causes water to boil, come down to make your name known to your enemies and cause the nations to quake before you!
in fear of you
Joshua 24:14 "Now fear the LORD and serve him with all faithfulness. Throw away the gods your ancestors worshiped beyond the Euphrates River and in Egypt, and serve the LORD."
I stand in awe of your laws
Jeremiah 10:6-7 No one is like you, LORD; you are great, and your name is mighty in power. Who should not fear you, King of the nations? This is your due. Among all the wise leaders of the nations and in all their kingdoms, there is no one like you.
Habakkuk 3:2 LORD, I have heard of your fame; I stand in awe of your deeds, LORD. Repeat them in our day, in our time make them known; in wrath remember mercy.

LOVE Psalm 119:113-114
I hate double-minded people, but I love your law. You are my refuge and my shield; I have put my hope in your word.
I hate double-minded people
1 Kings 18:21 Elijah went before the people and said, "How long will you waver between two opinions? If the LORD is God, follow him; but if Baal is God, follow him." But the people said nothing.
James 1:5-8 If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all with out finding fault, and it will be given to you. But when you ask, you must believe and not doubt, because the one who doubts is like a wave of the sea, blown and tossed by the wind. That person should not expect to receive anything from the LORD. Such a person is double-minded and unstable in all they do.

Therefore, I beg you to listen to me patiently."
and will not be put to shame
Psalm 119:5-6 Oh, that my ways were steadfast in obeying your decrees! Then I would not be put to shame when I consider all your commands.

Psalm 112:1 Praise the LORD. Blessed are those who fear the LORD, who find great delight in his commands.

LOVE Psalm 109:21
But you, Sovereign LORD, help me for your name's sake; out of the goodness of your love, deliver me.
But you, Sovereign LORD
Isaiah 25:7-8 On this mountain he will destroy the shroud that enfolds all peoples, the sheet that covers all nations; he will swallow up death forever. The Sovereign LORD will wipe away the tears from all faces; he will remove his people's disgrace from all the earth. The LORD has spoken.
Isaiah 40:10 See, the Sovereign LORD comes with power, and he rules with a mighty arm. See, his reward is with him and his recompense accompanies him.
Isaiah 50:4 The Sovereign LORD has given me a well-instructed tongue to know the word that sustains the weary. He wakens me morning by morning, wakens my ear to listen like one being instructed.
Isaiah 61:1 The Spirit of the Sovereign LORD is upon me, because the LORD has anointed me to proclaim good news to the poor. He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim freedom for the captives and release from darkness for the prisoners, . . .
Isaiah 61:11 For as the soil makes the sprout come up and a garden causes seeds to grow, so the Sovereign LORD will make righteousness and praise spring up before all nations.
Jeremiah 32:17 "Ah, Sovereign LORD, you have made the heavens and the earth by your great power and outstretched arm. Nothing is too hard for you."
Ezekiel 12:28 "Therefore say to them, 'This is what the Sovereign LORD says: None of my words will be delayed any longer; whatever I say will be fulfilled, declares the Sovereign LORD.' "
2 Peter 2:1 But there were also false prophets among the people, just as there will be false teachers among you. They will secretly introduce destructive heresies, even denying the sovereign Lord who bought them--bringing swift destruction on themselves.
Jude 4 For certain individuals whose condemnation was written about long ago have secretly slipped in among you. They are ungodly people, who pervert the grace of our God into a license for immorality and deny Jesus Christ our only Sovereign and Lord.
help me for your name's sake
Exodus 9:16 " 'But I have raised you up for this very purpose, that I might show you my power and that my name might be proclaimed in all the earth.' "
Psalm 23:3 . . . he refreshes my soul. He guides me along the right paths for his name's sake.

Psalm 69:16 Answer me, LORD, out of the goodness of your love; in your great mercy turn to me.
deliver me
Psalm 109:26 Help me, LORD my God; save me according to your unfailing love.

LOVE Psalm 107:43
Let the one who is wise heed these things and ponder the loving deeds of the LORD.
Let the one who is wise heed these things
Jeremiah 9:12-13 Who is wise enough to understand this? Who has been instructed by the LORD and can explain it? Why has the land been ruined and laid waste like a desert that no one can cross? The LORD said, "It is because they have forsaken my law, which I set before them; they have not obeyed me or followed my law."
Hosea 14:9 Who is wise? Let them realize these things. Who is discerning? Let them understand. The ways of the LORD are right; the righteous walk in them, but the rebellious stumble in them.
and ponder the loving deeds of the LORD
Psalm 103:11-12 For as high as the heavens are above the earth, so great is his love for those who fear him; as far as the east is from the west, so far has he removed our transgressions from us.

LOVE Psalm 106:43-45
Many times he delivered them, but they were bent on rebellion and they wasted away in their sin. Yet he took note of their distress when he heard their cry; for their sake he remembered his covenant and out of his great love he relented.
Many times he delivered them
Nehemiah 9:28 "But as soon as they were at rest, they again did what was evil in your sight. Then you abandoned them to the hand of their enemies so that they ruled over them. And when they cried out to you again, you heard from heaven, and in your compassion you delivered them time after time."
Psalm 81:13-14 "If my people would only listen to me, if Israel would only follow my ways, how quickly I would subdue their enemies and turn my hand against their foes!"
but they were bent on rebellion
Judges 2:18-19 (read verses 16-19) Whenever the LORD raised up a judge for them, he was with the judge and saved them out of the hands of their enemies as long as the judge lived; for the LORD relented because of their groaning under those who oppressed and afflicted them. But when the judge died, the people returned to ways even more corrupt than those of their ancestors, following other gods and serving and worshiping them. They refused to give up their evil practices and stubborn ways.
Judges 6:1 (read verses 1-7) The Israelites did evil in the eyes of the LORD, and for seven years he gave them into the hands of the Midianites.
yet he took note of their distress when he heard their cry
Judges 3:9 But when they cried out to the LORD, he raised up for them a deliverer, Othniel son of Kenaz, Caleb's younger brother, who saved them.
for their sake he remembered his covenant
Psalm 105:8-9 He remembers his covenant forever, the promise he made, for a thousand generations, the covenant he made with Abraham, the oath he swore to Isaac.
Luke 1:72 ". . . to show mercy to our ancestors and to remember his holy covenant, . . ."
and out of his great love
Psalm 17:7 Show me the wonders of your great love, you who save by your right hand those who take refuge in you from their foes.
Psalm 103:11 For as high as the heavens are above the earth, so great is his love for those who fear him; . . .
he relented
Exodus 32:14 Then the LORD relented and did not bring on his people the disaster he had threatened.
