I would soon have dwelt in the silence of death
Psalm 31:17 Let me not be put to shame, LORD, for I have cried out to you; but let the wicked be put to shame and be silent in the realm of the dead.
When I said, "My foot is slipping,"
Deuteronomy 32:35 "It is mine to avenge; I will repay. In due time their foot will slip; their day of disaster is near and their doom rushes upon them."

When anxiety was great within me
