Let heaven and earth praise him, the seas and all that move in them, for God will save Zion and rebuild the cities of Judah. Then the people will settle there and possess it, the children of his servants will inherit it, and those who love his name will dwell there.

for God will save Zion
Obadiah 1:17 But on Mount Zion will be deliverance; it will be holy, and Jacob will possess his inheritance.
and rebuild the cities of Judah
Ezra 9:9 "Though we are slaves, our God has not forsaken us in our bondage. He has shown us kindness in the sight of the kings of Persia: He has granted us new life to rebuild the house of our God and repair its ruins, and he has given us a wall of protection in Judah and Jerusalem."
Psalm 51:18 May it please you to prosper Zion, to build up the walls of Jerusalem.
the children of his servants will inherit it
Psalm 25:13 They will spend their days in prosperity, and their descendants will inherit the land.
and those who love his name will dwell there
Psalm 37:29 The righteous will inherit the land and dwell in it forever.
