Psalm 47:7-9

For God is the King of all the earth; sing to him a psalm of praise. God reigns over the nations; God is seated on his holy throne. The nobles of the nations assemble as the people of the God of Abraham, for the kings of the earth belong to God; he is greatly exalted. 

for God is the King of all the earth 
Zechariah 14:9  The LORD will be king over the whole earth. On that day there will be one LORD, and his name is the only name.

sing to him a psalm of praise 
1 Chronicles 16:7  That day David first appointed Asaph and his associates to give praise to the LORD in this manner: ...
Colossians 3:16  Let the message of Christ dwell among you richly as you teach and admonish one another with all wisdom through psalms, hymns and songs from the Spirit, singing to God with gratitude in your hearts.

God reigns over the nations 
1 Chronicles 16:31  Let the heavens rejoice, let the earth be glad; let them say among the nations. "The LORD reigns!"

God is seated on his holy throne 
1 Kings 22:19  Micaiah continued, "Therefore hear the word of the LORD: I saw the LORD sitting on his throne with all the multitudes of heaven standing around him on his right and on his left."
Psalm 9:4  For you have upheld my right and my cause, sitting enthroned as the righteous judge.
Revelation 4:9-10a  Whenever the living creatures give glory, honor and thanks to him who sits on the throne and who lives for ever and ever, the twenty-four elders fall down before him who sits on the throne and worship him who lives for ever and ever.

for the kings of the earth belong to God 
Job 25:2  "Dominion and awe belong to God; he establishes order in the heights of heaven."

he is greatly exalted 
Psalm 46:10  He says, "Be still and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth."
Psalm 97:9  For you, LORD, are the Most High over all the earth; you are exalted far above all gods.
