Psalm 47:5-6

God has ascended amid shouts of joy, the LORD amid the sounding of trumpets. Sing praises to God, sing praises; sing praises to our King, sing praises.

God has ascended
Psalm 68:18  When you ascended on high, you took many captives; you received gifts from people, even from the rebellious--that you, LORD God, might dwell there.
Ephesians 4:7-8  But to each one of us grace has been given as Christ apportioned it. This is why it says: "When he ascended on high, he took many captives and gave gifts to his people." (Psalm 68:18)

amid shouts of joy
Job 8:21  "He will yet fill your mouth with laughter and your lips with shouts of joy."
Psalm 106:4-5  Remember me, LORD, when you show favor to your people, come to my aid when you save them, that I may enjoy the prosperity of your chosen ones, that I may share in the joy of your nation and join your inheritance in giving praise.

the LORD amid the sounding of trumpets
Numbers 10:2  "Make two trumpets of hammered silver, and use them for calling the community together and for having the camps set out."
2 Samuel 6:14-15  Wearing a linen ephod, David was dancing before the LORD with all his might, while he and all Israel were bringing up the ark of the LORD with shouts and the sound of trumpets.

Sing praises to God
2 Samuel 22:50  "Therefore I will praise you, LORD, among the nations; I will sing the praises of your name."
