Mark 13:1-5 Part 1 of 3

    As Jesus was leaving the temple, one of his disciples said to him, "Look, Teacher! What massive stones! What magnificent buildings!" 

    "Do you see all these great buildings?" replied Jesus. "Not one stone here will be left on another; every one will be thrown down."

    As Jesus as sitting on the Mount of Olives opposite the temple, Peter, James, John and Andrew asked him privately, "Tell us, when will these things happen? And what will be the sign that they are all about to be fulfilled?"

    Jesus said to them: "Watch out that no one deceives you."

Matthew 24:1-2

    Jesus left the temple and was walking away when his disciples came up to him to call his attention to its buildings. "Do you see all these things?" he asked. "Truly I tell you, not one stone here will be left on another, every one will be thrown down."

Luke 19:44  

"They will dash you (Jerusalem) to the ground, you and the children within your walls. They will not leave one stone on another, because you did not recognize the time of God's coming to you."  (see Luke 19:28-44)

Luke 21:5-6  

    Some of his disciples were remarking about how the temple was adorned with beautiful stones and with gifts dedicated to God. But Jesus said, "As for what you see here, the time will come when not one stone will be left on another, every one of them will be thrown down."

 

As Jesus was sitting on the Mount of Olives opposite the temple, Peter, James, John and Andrew asked him privately, ...  

Mark 1:16-20  

    As Jesus walked beside the Sea of Galilee, he saw Simon and his brother Andrew casting a net into the lake, for they were fishermen. "Come, follow me," Jesus said, "and I will send you out to fish for people." At once they left their nets and followed him.

    When he had gone a little farther, he saw James son of Zebedee and his brother John in a boat, preparing their nets. Without delay he called them, and they left their father Zebedee in the boat with the hired men and followed him.
