Mark 12:35-37

    While Jesus was teaching in the temple courts, he asked, "Why do the teachers of the law say that the Messiah is the son of David? David himself, speaking by the Holy Spirit, declared: 

    " 'The Lord said to my Lord:

        "Sit at my right hand

    until I put your enemies

        under your feet." '  (Psalm 110:1)

David himself calls him, 'Lord.' How then can he be his son?"

    The large crowd listened to him in delight.

Matthew 1:1

    This is the genealogy of Jesus the Messiah the son of David, the son of Abraham:  (see Matthew 1:1-17)

Matthew 12:23  

All the people were astonished and said, "Could this be the Son of David?"  (see Matthew 12:22-37)

Matthew 15:22  

A Canaanite woman from that vicinity came to him, crying out, "Lord, Son of David, have mercy on me! My daughter is demon -possessed and suffering terribly."  (see Matthew 15:21-28)

Matthew 20:30  

Two blind men were sitting by the roadside, and when they heard that Jesus was going by, they shouted, "Lord, Son of David, have mercy on us!"

Matthew 21:9  

The crowds that went ahead of him and those that followed shouted,

    "Hosanna to the Son of David!"

    "Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord!"

Matthew 22:41-42  

    While the Pharisees were gathered together, Jesus asked them, "What do you think about the Messiah? Whose son is he?"

    "The Son of David," they replied.

 

"David himself, speaking by the Holy Spirit, declared: 'The Lord said to my Lord: "Sit at my right hand until I put your enemies under your feet." ' "  (Psalm 110:1)  

2 Samuel 23:2  

"The Spirit of the LORD spoke through me;

    his word was on my tongue."  (see 2 Samuel 23:1-7)

1 Corinthians 15:25  

For he must reign until he has put all his enemies under his feet.  (see all 1 Corinthians 15)

Hebrews 1:13  

To which of the angels did God ever say,

     "Sit at my right hand

        until I make your enemies

"David himself calls him 'Lord.' How then can he be his son?" The large crowd listened to him in delight.  

Romans 9:5
