1 Timothy 4:11-12

Command and teach these things. Don't let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith and in purity. 

Command and teach these things 
1 Timothy 5:7   Give the people these instructions, so that no one may be open to blame.
1 Timothy 6:1-2  All who are under the yoke of slavery should consider their masters worthy of full respect, so that God's name and our teaching may not be slandered. Those who have believing masters should not show them disrespect just because they are fellow believers. Instead, they should serve them even better because their masters are dear to them as fellow believers and are devoted to the welfare of their slaves.

Don't let anyone look down on you because you are young 
2 Timothy 1:7  For the Spirit God gave us does not make us timid, but gives us power, love and self-discipline.
Titus 2:15  These, then, are the things you should teach. Encourage and rebuke with all authority. Do not let anyone despise you.

but set an example 
Philippians 3:17  Join together in following my example, brothers and sisters, and just as you have us as a model, keep your eyes on those who live as we do.
1 Thessalonians 1:7  And so you became a model to all the believers in Macedonia and Achaia.
2 Thessalonians 3:9  We did this, not because we do not have the right to such help, but in order to offer ourselves as a model for you to imitate.
Titus 2:7-8  In everything set them an example by doing what is good. In your teaching show integrity, seriousness and soundness of speech that cannot be condemned, so that those who oppose you may be ashamed because they have nothing bad to say about us.
1 Peter 5:3  ... not lording it over those entrusted to you, but being examples to the flock.

1 Timothy 1:14  The grace of our Lord was poured out on me abundantly, along with the faith and love that are in Christ Jesus.
2 Timothy 1:13  What you heard from me, keep as the pattern of sound teaching, with faith and love in Christ Jesus.
