1 Timothy 3:3-4

... not given to drunkenness, not violent but gentle, not quarrelsome, not a lover of money. He must manage his own family well and see that his children obey him, and he must do so in a manner worthy of full respect. 

not given to drunkenness 
Luke 21:34  "Be careful, or your hearts will be weighed down with carousing, drunkenness and the anxieties of life, and that day will close on you suddenly like a trap."
Romans 13:13  Let us behave decently, as in the daytime, not in carousing and drunkenness, not in sexual immorality and debauchery, not in dissension and jealousy.

not violent but gentle, not quarrelsome 
2 Timothy 2:24  And the Lord's servant must not be quarrelsome but must be kind to everyone, able to teach, not resentful.

not a lover of money 
Luke 16:13-15  "No one can serve two masters. Either you will hate the one and love the other, or you will be devoted to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve both God and money." The Pharisees, who loved money, heard all this and were sneering at Jesus. He said to them. "You are the ones who justify yourselves in the eyes of others, but God knows your hearts. What people value highly is detestable in God's sight."
1 Timothy 6:10  For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil. Some people, eager for money, have wandered from the faith and pierced themselves with many griefs.
2 Timothy 3:2  People will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boastful, proud, abusive, disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, unholy, ...
Hebrews 13:5  Keep yourselves free from the love of money and be content with what you have, because God has said, "Never will I leave you; never will I forsake you." (Deuteronomy 31:6)

1 Timothy 3:12  A deacon must be faithful to his wife and must manage his children and his household well.
Titus 1:6  An elder must be blameless, faithful to his wife, a man whose children believe and are not open to the charge of being wild and disobedient.
