Psalm 24:3-4

Who may ascend the mountain of the LORD? Who may stand in his holy place? The one who has clean hands and a pure heart, who does not trust in an idol or swear by a false god.

Who may ascend the mountain of the LORD? 
Psalm 2:6  "I have installed my king on Zion, my holy mountain."

Who may stand in his holy place? 
Psalm 15:1  LORD, who may dwell in your sacred tent? Who may live on your holy mountain?
Psalm 65:4  Blessed are those you choose and bring near to live in your courts! We are filled with the good things of your house, of your holy temple.

The one who has clean hands 
2 Samuel 22:21  "The LORD has dealt with me according to my righteousness; according to the cleanness of my hands he has rewarded me.

and a pure heart 
Psalm 51:10  Create in me a pure heart, O God, and renew a steadfast spirit within me.
Psalm 73:1  Surely God is good to Israel, to those who are pure in heart.
Matthew 5:8  "Blessed are the pure in heart, for they will see God."

who does not trust in an idol 
Ezekiel 18:15-17  "He does not eat at the mountain shrines or look at the idols of Israel. He does not defile his neighbor's wife. He does not oppress anyone or require a pledge for a loan. He does not commit robbery but gives his food to the hungry and provides clothing to the naked. He withholds his hand from mistreating the poor and takes no interest or profit from them. He keeps my laws and follows my decrees. He will not die for his father's sin; he will surely live."
