Jude 20-21

But you, dear friends, by building yourselves up in your most holy faith and praying in the Holy Spirit, keep yourselves in God's love as you wait for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ to bring you to eternal life. 

But you, dear friends, by building yourselves up 
Colossians 2:6-7  So then just as you received Christ Jesus as Lord, continue to live your lives in him, rooted and built up in him, strengthened in the faith as you were taught, and overflowing with thankfulness.
1 Thessalonians 5:11  Therefore encourage one another and build each other up, just as in fact you are doing.

in your most holy faith 
Jude 3  Dear friends, although I was very eager to write to you about the salvation we share, I felt compelled to write and urge you to contend for the faith that was once for all entrusted to God's holy people.

and praying in the Holy Spirit 
Ephesians 6:18  And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord's people.

keep yourselves in God's love as you wait 
Titus 2:13  ... while we wait for the blessed hope--the appearing of the glory of our great God and Savior, Jesus Christ, ...
Hebrews 9:28  ... so Christ was sacrificed once to take away the sins of many; and he will appear a second time, not to bear sin, but to bring salvation to those who are waiting for him.
2 Peter 3:11-12  Since everything will be destroyed in this way, what kind of people ought you to be? You ought to live holy and godly lives as you look forward to the day of God and speed its coming. That day will bring about the destruction of the heavens by fire, and the elements will melt in the heat.

for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ to bring you to eternal life 
Matthew 25:46  "Then they will go away to eternal punishment, but the righteous to eternal life."
