Psalm 9:6 Part 1 of 2

Endless ruin has overtaken my enemies, you have uprooted their cities; even memory of them has perished.

Deuteronomy 29:28  In furious anger and in great wrath the LORD uprooted them (the Israelites who abandoned the covenant of the LORD and worshiped other gods) from their land and thrust them into another land, as it is now.

Jeremiah 49:17-18  "Edom will become an object of horror; all who pass by will be appalled and will scoff because of all its wounds. As Sodom and Gomorrah were overthrown along with their neighboring towns," says the LORD, "so no one will live there; no people will dwell in it."
Jeremiah 49:27  "I will set fire to the walls of Damascus; it will consume the fortresses of Ben-Hadad."

Jeremiah 49:37  "I will shatter Elam before their foes, before those who want to kill them; I will bring disaster on them, even my fierce anger," declares the LORD. "I will pursue them with the sword until I have made an end of them."
Jeremiah 51:64  "Then say, 'So will Babylon sink to rise no more because of the disaster I (the LORD) will bring on her. And her people will fall,' " The words of Jeremiah end here.
