Psalm 9:19-20

Arise, LORD, do not let mortals triumph; let the nations be judged in your presence. Strike them with terror, LORD; let the nations know they are only mortal.

Arise, LORD 
Psalm 3:7  Arise, LORD! Deliver me, my God! Strike all my enemies on the jaw; break the teeth of the wicked.

2 Chronicles 14:11  Then Asa called to the LORD his God and said, "LORD, there is no one like you to help the powerless against the mighty. Help us, LORD our God, for we rely on you, and in your name we have come against this vast army. LORD, you are our God; do not let mere mortals prevail against you."

let the nations be judged in your presence 
Psalm 110:6  He will judge the nations, heaping up the dead and crushing the rulers of the whole earth.
Isaiah 2:4  He will judge between the nations and will settle disputes for many peoples. They will beat their swords into plowshares and their spears into pruning hooks. Nation will not take up sword against nation, nor will they train for war anymore.
Joel 3:12  "Let the nations be roused; let them advance into the Valley of Jehoshaphat, for there I will sit to judge all the nations on every side."

Strike them with terror, LORD 
Genesis 35:5  Then they (Jacob and his household) set out, and the terror of God fell on the towns all around them so that no one pursued them.
Psalm 31:13  For I hear many whispering, "Terror on every side!" They conspire against me and plot to take my life.
Isaiah 13:8  Terror will seize them, pain and anguish will grip them; they will writhe like a woman in labor. They will look aghast at each other, their faces aflame.
Luke 21:26  "People will faint from terror, apprehensive of what is coming on the world, for the heavenly bodies will be shaken."

let the nations know they are only mortal 
Psalm 62:9  Surely the lowborn are but a breath, the highborn are but a lie. If weighed on a balance, they are nothing; together they are only a breath.
Isaiah 31:3  But the Egyptians are mere mortals and not God; their horses are flesh and not spirit. When the LORD stretches out his hand, those who help will stumble, those who are helped will fall; all will perish together.
Ezekiel 28:2  "Son of man, say to the ruler of Tyre, 'This is what the Sovereign LORD says: In the pride of your heart you say, "I am a god; I sit on the throne of a god in the heart of the seas." But you are a mere mortal and not a god, though you think you are as wise as a god.' "
