Psalm 9:3-4

My enemies turn back; they stumble and perish before you. For you have upheld my right and my cause, sitting enthroned as the righteous judge.

1 Kings 8:44-45  "When your people go to war against their enemies, wherever you send them, and when they pray to the LORD toward the city you have chosen and the temple I have built for your Name, then hear from heaven their prayer and their plea, and uphold their cause."

Psalm 11:4  The LORD is in his holy temple; the LORD is on his heavenly throne. He observes everyone on earth; his eyes examine them.
Psalm 47:8  God reigns over the nations; God is seated on his holy throne.
Isaiah 6:1  In the year that King Uzziah died, I saw the Lord, high and exalted, seated on a throne; and the train of his robe filled the temple.

as the righteous judge 
Psalm 7:11  God is a righteous judge, a God who displays his wrath everyday.
Psalm 67:4  May the nations be glad and sing for joy, for you rule the peoples with equity and guide the nations of the earth.
Psalm 98:8-9  Let the rivers clap their hands, let the mountains sing together for joy; let them sing before the LORD, for he comes to judge the earth. He will judge the world in righteousness and the peoples with equity.
1 Peter 2:23  When they hurled their insults at him (Jesus), he did not retaliate; when he suffered, he made no threats. Instead, he entrusted himself to him (God) who judges justly.
