Psalm 9:5

You have rebuked the nations and destroyed the wicked; you have blotted out their name for ever and ever.

You have rebuked the nations 
Genesis 20:7  "Now return the man's (Abraham's) wife (Sarah), for he is a prophet, and he will pray for you and you will live. But if you do not return her, you may be sure that you and all who belong to you will die."
Genesis 37:10-11  When he (Joseph) told his father as well as his brothers, his father rebuked him and said, "What is this dream you had? Will your mother and I and your brothers actually come and bow down to the ground before you?" His brothers were jealous of him, but his father kept the matter in mind.
1 Chronicles 16:21 (also Psalm 105:14)  He allowed no one to oppress them; for their sake he rebuked kings: "Do not touch my anointed ones; do my prophets no harm."
Isaiah 26:13-14  LORD our God, other lords besides you have ruled over us, but your name alone do we honor. They are now dead, they live no more; their spirits do not rise. You punished them and brought them to ruin; you wiped out all memory of them.
Isaiah 66:15  See, the LORD is coming with fire, and his chariots are like a whirlwind; he will bring down his anger with fury, and his rebuke with flames of fire.

Job 18:17  "The memory of him perishes from the earth; he has no name in the land."
Deuteronomy 9:13-14  And the LORD said to me, "I have seen this people, and they are a stiff-necked people indeed! Let me alone, so that I may destroy them and blot out their name from under heaven. And I will make you into a nation stronger and more numerous than they."
Deuteronomy 25:19  When the LORD your God gives you rest from all the enemies around you in the land he is giving you to possess as an inheritance, you shall blot out the name of Amelek from under heaven. Do not forget!
Deuteronomy 29:20  The LORD will never be willing to forgive them (those who turn away from God and worship other gods); his wrath and zeal will burn against them. All the curses written in this book will fall on them, and the LORD will blot out their names from under heaven.
2 Kings 14:27  And since the LORD had not said he would blot out the name of Israel from under heaven, he saved them by the hand of Jeroboam son of Jehoash.
