Psalm 10:12

Arise, LORD! Lift up your hand, O God. Do not forget the helpless.

Arise, LORD! 
Psalm 3:7  Arise, LORD! Deliver me, my God! Strike all my enemies on the jaw; break the teeth of the wicked.

Lift up your hand, O God 
Psalm 17:7  Show me the wonders of your great love, you who save by your right hand those who take refuge in you from their foes.
Psalm 20:6  Now this I know: The LORD gives victory to his anointed. He answers him from his heavenly sanctuary with the victorious power of his right hand.
Psalm 106:26-27  So he swore to them with uplifted hand that he would make them fall in the wilderness, make their descendants fall among the nations and scatter them throughout the lands.
Isaiah 26:11  LORD, your hand is lifted high, but they do not see it. Let them see your zeal for your people and be put to shame; let the fire reserved for your enemies consume them.
Micah 5:9  "Your hand will be lifted up in triumph over your enemies, and all your foes will be destroyed."

Do not forget the helpless 
Psalm 9:12  For he who avenges blood remembers; he does not ignore the cries of the afflicted.
Psalm 9:18  But God will never forget the needy; the hope of the afflicted will never perish.
