Psalm 10:16-18

The LORD is King for ever and ever; the nations will perish from his land. You, LORD, hear the desire of the afflicted; you encourage them, you listen to their cry, defending the fatherless and the oppressed, so that mere earthly mortals will never again strike terror.

The LORD is King for ever and ever 
Exodus 15:18  "The LORD reigns for ever and ever."
Psalm 9:7  The LORD reigns forever; he has established his throne for judgment.
Psalm 29:10  The LORD sits enthroned over the flood; the LORD is enthroned as King forever.
Psalm 102:12  But you, LORD, sit enthroned forever; your renown endures through all generations.
Lamentations 5:19  You, LORD, reign forever; your throne endures from generation to generation

the nations will perish from his land 
Deuteronomy 8:20  Like the nations the LORD destroyed before you, so you will be destroyed for not obeying the LORD your God.

You, LORD, hear the desire of the afflicted 
Psalm 9:12  For he who avenges blood remembers; he does not ignore the cries of the afflicted.

you encourage them and you listen to their cry 
Exodus 22:22-23  "Do not take advantage of the widow or the fatherless. If you do and they cry out to me, I will certainly hear their cry."

defending the fatherless 
Deuteronomy 24:17  Do not deprive the foreigner or the fatherless of justice, or take the cloak of the widow as a pledge.
Psalm 146:9  The LORD watches over the foreigner and sustains the fatherless and the widow, but he frustrates the ways of the wicked.

and the oppressed 
Psalm 9:9  The LORD is a refuge for the oppressed, a stronghold in times of trouble.
