JOY Psalm 89:11-13

The heavens are yours, and yours also the earth; you founded the world and all that is in it. You created the north and the south; Tabor and Hermon sing for joy at your name. Your arm is endowed with power; your hand is strong, your right hand exalted.

The heavens are yours 
Deuteronomy 10:14  To the LORD your God belong the heavens, even the highest heavens, the earth and everything in it.
Psalm 115:16  The highest heavens belong to the LORD, but the earth he has given to mankind.

and yours also the earth 
1 Chronicles 29:11  "Yours, LORD, is the greatness and the power and the glory and the majesty and the splendor, for everything in heaven and earth is yours. Yours, LORD, is the kingdom; you are exalted as head over all."

you founded the world and all that is in it 
Genesis 1:1  In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.

Tabor 
Joshua 19:22  The boundary touched Tabor, Shahazumah and Beth Shemesh, and ended at the Jordan. There were sixteen towns and their villages.

and Hermon 
Deuteronomy 3:8  So at that time we took from these two kings of the Amorites the territory east of the Jordan, from the Arnon Gorge as far as Mount Hermon.
Deuteronomy 4:48-49  This land extended from Aroer on the rim of the Arnon Gorge to Mount Sirion (that is, Hermon), and included all the Arabah east of the Jordan, as far as the Dead Sea, below the slopes of Pisgah.

sing for joy at your name 
Psalm 98:8  Let the rivers clap their hands, let the mountains sing together for joy; ...

Your arm is endowed with power; your hand is strong, your right hand exalted
