John 6:53-54

Then the Jews began to argue sharply among themselves, "How can this man give us his flesh to eat?" Jesus said to them, "Very truly I tell you, unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink his blood, you have no life in you. Whoever eats my flesh and drinks my blood has eternal life, and I will raise them up at the last day."

Then the Jews

John 7:43  Thus the people were divided because of Jesus.
John 9:16  Some of the Pharisees said, "This man is not from God, for he does not keep the Sabbath." But others asked, "How can a sinner perform such signs?" So they were divided.
John 10:19-21  The Jews who heard these words were again divided. Many of them said, "He is demon-possessed and raving mad. Why listen to him?" But others said, "These are not the sayings of a man possessed by a demon. Can a demon open the eyes of the blind?"

Very truly I tell you, unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man 
Matthew 26:26  While they were eating, Jesus took bread, and when he had given thanks, he broke it and gave it to his disciples, saying, "Take and eat; this is my body."
Luke 22:19  And he took bread, gave thanks and broke it, and gave it to them, saying, "This is my body given for you; do this in remembrance of me."

and drink my blood 
Matthew 26:27-28  Then he took a cup, and when he had given thanks, he gave it to them, saying, "Drink from it all of you. This is my blood of the covenant, which is poured out for many for the forgiveness of sins."
Luke 22:20  In the same way, after the supper he took the cup, saying, "This cup is the new covenant in my blood, which is poured out for you."

Whoever eats my flesh and drinks my blood has eternal life, and I will raise them up at the last day. 
John 6:39  "And this is the will of him who sent me, that I shall lose none of all those he has given me, but raise them up at the last day."
