John 6:48-51

"I am the bread of life. Your ancestors ate the manna in the wilderness, yet they died. But here is the bread that comes down from heaven, which anyone may eat and not die. I am the living bread that came down from heaven. Whoever eats this bread will live forever. This bread is my flesh, which I will give for the life of the world." 

I am the bread of life 
John 6:35  Then Jesus declared, "I am the bread of life. Whoever comes to me will never go hungry, and whoever believes in me will never be thirsty."

Your ancestors ate the manna in the wilderness, yet they died 
John 6:31  "Our ancestors ate the manna in the wilderness; as it is written: 'He gave them bread from heaven to eat.' " (Exodus 16:4; Nehemiah 9:15; Psalm 78:24-25)
John 6:58  "This is the bread that came down from heaven. Your ancestors ate manna and died, but whoever feeds on this bread will live forever." 

But here is the bread that comes down from heaven, which anyone may eat and not die 
John 6:33  "For the bread of God is the bread that comes down from heaven and gives life to the world."
John 11:25-26  Jesus said to her, "I am the resurrection and the life. The one who believes in me will live, even though they die; and whoever lives by believing in me will never die. Do you believe this?"

I am the living bread that came down 
John 6:41  At this the Jews there began to grumble about him because he said, "I am the bread that came down from heaven."

This bread is my flesh, which I will give for the life of the world 
Hebrews 10:10  And by that will, we have been made holy, through the sacrifice of the body of Jesus Christ once for all.
1 Peter 2:24  "He himself bore our sins" (Isaiah 53:4) in his body on the cross, so that we might die to sins and live for righteousness; "by his wounds  you have been healed." (Isaiah 53:5)
Hebrews 2:14-15  Since children have flesh and blood, he too shared in their humanity so that by his death he might break the power of him who holds the power of death--that is, the devil--and free those who all their lives were held in slavery by their fear of death.
