John 11:33-37 Part 2 of 2

When Jesus saw her weeping, and the Jews who had come along with her also weeping, he was deeply moved in spirit and troubled. "Where have you laid him?" he asked. "Come and see, Lord," they replied. Jesus wept. Then the Jews said, "See how he loved him!" But some of them said, "Could not he who opened the eyes of the blind man have kept this man from dying?" 

Jesus wept
Luke 19:41-42  As he approached Jerusalem and saw the city, he wept over it and said, "If you, even you, had only known on this day what would bring you peace--but now it is hidden from your eyes."

Then the Jews said, "See how he loved him!" 
John 11:3  So the sisters sent word to Jesus, "Lord, the one you love is sick."
John 11:5  Now Jesus loved Martha and her sister and Lazarus.

Could not he who opened the eyes of the blind man 
John 9:6-7  After saying this he spit on the ground, made some mud with the saliva, and put it on the man's eyes. "Go," he told him, "wash in the Pool of Siloam (this word means "Sent"). So the man went and washed, and came home seeing. 

have kept this man from dying? 
John 11:21  "Lord," Martha said to Jesus, "if you had been here, my brother would not have died."
