Jesus answered them, "Is it not written in your Law, 'I have said you are "gods" '? If he called them 'gods', to whom the word of God came--and Scripture cannot be set aside--what about the one whom the Father set apart as his very own and sent into the world? Why then do you accuse me of blasphemy because I said, 'I am God's Son'?"
Is it not written in your Law
John 8:17 "In your own Law it is written that the testimony of two witnesses is true."
John 12:34 The crowd spoke up, "We have heard from the Law that the Messiah will remain forever, so how can you say, 'The Son of Man must be lifted up'? Who is this 'Son of Man'?"
John 15:25 "But this is to fulfill what is written in their Law: 'They hated me without reason.' (Psalm 35:19; 69:4)"
Romans 3:19 Now we know that whatever the law says, it says to those who are under the law, so that every mouth may be silenced and the whole world held accountable to God.
1 Corinthians 14:21 In the Law it is written: "With other tongues and through the lips of foreigners I will speak to this people, but even then they will not listen to me, says the Lord." (Isaiah 28:11-12)
I have said you are 'gods'
Psalm 82:6 "I said, 'You are "gods"; you are all sons of the Most High.' "
Psalm 82:1 God presides in the great assembly; he renders judgment among the "gods" (rulers, judges). (for context see all of Psalm 82)
If he called them 'gods' to whom the word of God came
Hebrews 4:12-13 For the word of God is alive and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword, it penetrates even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart. Nothing in all creation is hidden from God's sight. Everything is uncovered and laid bare before the eyes of him to whom we must give account.
and Scripture cannot be set aside
Matthew 5:17-18 "Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I have not come to abolish them but to fulfill them. For truly I tell you, until heaven and earth disappear, not the smallest letter, not the least stroke of a pen, will by any means disappear from the Law until everything is accomplished."
