As for me, I call to God, and the LORD saves me. Evening, morning and noon I cry out in distress, and he hears my voice. He rescues me unharmed from the battle waged against me, even though many oppose me.
Evening

Acts 3:1 One day Peter and John were going up to the temple at the time of prayer--at three in the afternoon (the time of the evening sacrifice).
Acts 10:3 One day at about three in the afternoon he (Cornelius) had a vision. He distinctly saw an angel of God, who came to him and said, "Cornelius!"
Acts 10:30-32 Cornelius answered: "Three days ago I was in my house praying at this hour, at three in the afternoon. Suddenly a man in shining clothes stood before me and said, 'Cornelius, God has heard your prayer and remembered your gifts to the poor. Send to Joppa for Simon who is called Peter. He is a guest in the home of Simon the tanner, who lives by the sea.' "
morning
Psalm 5:3 In the morning, LORD, you hear my voice; in the morning I lay my requests before you and wait expectantly.
Psalm 88:13 But I cry to you for help, LORD; in the morning my prayer comes before you.
Psalm 92:1-3 It is good to praise the LORD and make music to your name, O Most High, proclaiming your love in the morning and your faithfulness at night, to the music of the ten-stringed lyre and the melody of the harp.
and noon
Acts 10:9 About noon the following day as they (Cornelius's men) were on their journey and approaching the city, Peter went up on the roof to pray.
