John 21:1-3

Afterward Jesus appeared again to his disciples, by the Sea of Galilee. It happened this way: Simon Peter, Thomas (also known as Didymus), Nathanael from Cana in Galilee, the sons of Zebedee, and two other disciples were together. "I'm going out to fish," Simon Peter told them, and they said "We'll go with you." So they went out and got into the boat, but that night they caught nothing. 

Afterward Jesus appeared again to his disciples 
John 21:14  This was now the third time Jesus appeared to his disciples after he was raised from the dead. 
John 20:19  On the evening of that first day of the week, when the disciples were together, with the doors locked for fear of the Jewish leaders, Jesus came and stood among them and said, "Peace be with you!"
John 20:26  A week later his disciples were in the house again, and Thomas was with them. Though the doors were locked, Jesus came and stood among them and said, "Peace be with you!"

by the Sea of Galilee 
John 6:1-2  Some time after this, Jesus crossed to the far shore of the Sea of Galilee (that is, the Sea of Tiberias), and a great crowd of people followed him because they saw the signs he had performed by healing the sick.

Thomas 
John 11:16  Then Thomas (also known as Didymus) said to the rest of the disciples, "Let us also go, that we may die with him." 

Nathanael 
John 1:45  Philip found Nathanael and told him, "We have found the one Moses wrote about in the Law, and about whom the prophets also wrote--Jesus of Nazareth, the son of Joseph." 

from Cana in Galilee
John 2:1-2  On the third day a wedding took place at Cana in Galilee. Jesus' mother was there, and Jesus and his disciples had also been invited.

the sons of Zebedee
Matthew 4:21-22  Going on from there, he saw two other brothers, James the son of Zebedee and his brother John. They were in a boat with their father Zebedee, preparing their nets. Jesus called them, and immediately they left the boat and their father and followed him. 

but that night they caught nothing
Luke 5:5  Simon answered, "Master, we've worked hard all night and haven't caught anything. But because you say so, I will let down the nets."
