John 20:1-2

Early on the first day of the week, while it was still dark, Mary Magdalene went to the tomb and saw that the stone had been removed from the entrance. So she came running to Simon Peter and the other disciple, the one Jesus loved, and said, "The have taken the Lord out of the tomb, and we don't know where they have put him!"

Mary Magdalene went to the tomb 
John 20:18  Mary Magdalene went to the disciples with the news: "I have seen the Lord!" And she told them that he had said these things to her.
Luke 8:2  ... and also some women who had been cured of evil spirits and diseases: Mary (called Magdalene) from whom seven demons had come out; ...
John 19:25  Near the cross of Jesus stood his mother, his mother's sister, Mary the wife of Clopas, and Mary Magdalene.

and saw that the stone had been removed from the entrance 
Matthew 27:59-60  Joseph took the body, wrapped it in a clean linen cloth, and placed it in his own new tomb that he had cut out of the rock. He rolled a big stone in front of the entrance to the tomb and went away.
Matthew 27:65-66  "Take a guard," Pilate answered. "Go, make the tomb as secure as you know how." So they went and made the tomb secure by putting a seal on the stone and posting the guard.

So she came running to Simon Peter and the other disciple, the one Jesus loved
John 13:23  One of them, the disciple whom Jesus loved, was reclining next to him.
John 19:26-27  When Jesus saw his mother there, and the disciple whom he loved standing nearby, he said to her, "Woman, here is your son," and to the disciple, "Here is your mother." From that time on, this disciple took her into his home.
John 21:7  Peter turned and saw that the disciple whom Jesus loved was following them. (This was the one who had leaned back against Jesus at the supper and had said, "Lord, who is going to betray you?")

They have taken the Lord out of the tomb, and we don't know where they have put him! 
John 20:13  They asked her, "Woman, why are you crying?"  "They have taken my Lord away," she said, "and I don't know where they have put him."
