Colossians 2:1-3 Part 2 of 2

I want you to know how hard I am contending for you and for those at Laodicea, and for all who have not met me personally. My goal is that they may be encouraged in heart and united in love, so that they may have the full riches of complete understanding, in order that they may know the mystery of God, namely, Christ, in whom are hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge.

My goal is that they may be encouraged in heart and united in love
Ephesians 6:22  I am sending him (Tychicus) to you for this very purpose, that you may know how we are, and that he may encourage you.
Colossians 4:8  I am sending him (Tychicus) to you for the express purpose that you may know about our circumstances and that he may encourage your hearts.

so that they may have the full riches of complete understanding, in order that they may know the mystery of God
Romans 16:25-27  Now to him who is able to establish you in accordance with my gospel, the message I proclaim about Jesus Christ, in keeping with the revelation of the mystery hidden for long ages past, but now revealed and made known through the prophetic writings by the command of the eternal God, so that all the Gentiles might come to the obedience that comes from faith--to the only wise God be glory forever through Jesus Christ! Amen.

namely, Christ, in whom are hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge
Isaiah 11:2  The Spirit of the LORD will rest on him--the Spirit of wisdom and understanding, the Spirit of counsel and of might, the Spirit of the knowledge and fear of the LORD--...
Jeremiah 23:5  "The days are coming," declares the LORD, "when I will raise up for David a righteous Branch, a King who will reign wisely and do what is just and right in the land."
Romans 11:33  Oh, the depth of the riches of the wisdom and knowledge of God! How unsearchable his judgments, and his paths beyond tracing out!
1 Corinthians 1:22-25  Jews demand signs and Greeks look for wisdom, but we preach Christ crucified: a stumbling block to Jews and foolishness to Gentiles, but to those whom God has called, both Jews and Greeks, Christ the power of God and the wisdom of God. For the foolishness of God is wiser than human wisdom, and the weakness of God is stronger than human strength.
