Psalm 68:4

Sing to God, sing in praise of his name, extol him who rides on the clouds; rejoice before him--his name is the LORD.

2 Samuel 22:50  Therefore I will praise you, LORD, among the nations; I will sing the praises of your name.
Psalm 7:17  I will give thanks to the LORD because of his righteousness; I will sing the praises of the name of the LORD Most High.

Psalm 68:32-33  Sing to God, you kingdoms of the earth, sing praise to the Lord, to him who rides across the highest heavens, the ancient heavens, who thunders with mighty voice.

Deuteronomy 33:26  "There is no one like the God of Jeshurun, who rides across the heavens to help you and on the clouds in his majesty."

his name is the LORD 
Exodus 6:2-3  God also said to Moses, "I am the LORD. I appeared to Abraham, to Isaac and to Jacob as God Almighty, but by my name the LORD I did not make myself fully known to them."
Psalm 83:18  Let them know that you, whose name is the LORD--that you alone are the Most High over all the earth.
