Psalm 68:2-3

May you blow them away like smoke--as wax melts before the fire, may the wicked perish before God. But may the righteous be glad and rejoice before God; may they be happy and joyful. 

May you blow them away like smoke 
Psalm 37:20  But the wicked will perish: Though the LORD's enemies are like the flowers of the field, they will be consumed, they will go up in smoke.

as wax melts before the fire 
Psalm 22:14  I am poured out like water, and all my bones are out of joint. My heart has turned to wax; it has melted within me.
Psalm 97:5  The mountains melt like wax before the LORD, before the Lord of all the earth.
Micah 1:4  The mountains melt beneath him and the valleys split apart, like wax before the fire, like water rushing down a slope.

may the wicked perish before God 
Numbers 10:35  Whenever the ark set out, Moses said, "Rise up, LORD! May your enemies be scattered; may your foes flee before you."

But may the righteous be glad and rejoice before God 
Psalm 64:10  The righteous will rejoice in the LORD and take refuge in him; all the upright in heart will glory in him!
Psalm 97:12  Rejoice in the LORD, you who are righteous, and praise his holy name.
