Psalm 65:1-2

Praise awaits you, our God, in Zion; to you our vows will be fulfilled. You who answer prayer, to you all people will come.

Praise awaits you, our God, in Zion 
Psalm 2:6  "I have installed my king on Zion, my holy mountain."

to you our vows will be fulfilled 
Deuteronomy 23:21-23  If you make a vow to the LORD your God, do not be slow to pay it, for the LORD your God will certainly demand it of you and you will be guilty of sin. But if you refrain from making a vow, you will not be guilty. Whatever your lips utter you must be sure to do, because you made your vow freely to the LORD your God with your own mouth.
Psalm 116:18-19  I will fulfill my vows to the LORD in the presence of all his people, in the courts of the house of the LORD--in your midst, Jerusalem. Praise the LORD.

You who answer prayer, to you all people will come 
Psalm 86:9  All the nations you have made will come and worship before you, Lord; they will bring glory to your name.
Isaiah 66:23  "From one New Moon to another and from one Sabbath to another, all mankind will come and bow down before me," says the LORD.
