Psalm 65:7

... who stilled the roaring of the seas, the roaring of their waves, and the turmoil of the nations.

who stilled the roaring of the seas 
Psalm 89:9  You rule over the surging sea; when its waves mount up, you still them.
Psalm 93:3-4  The seas have lifted up, LORD, the seas have lifted up their voice; the seas have lifted up their pounding waves. Mightier than the thunder of the great waters, mightier than the breakers of the sea--the LORD on high is mighty.
Psalm 107:29  He stilled the storm to a whisper; the waves of the sea were hushed.
Matthew 8:26  He replied, "You of little faith, why are you so afraid?" Then he got up and rebuked the winds and the waves, and it was completely calm.

and the turmoil of the nations 
Deuteronomy 32:40-41  "I (the LORD) lift my hand to heaven and solemnly swear: As surely as I live forever, when I sharpen my flashing sword and my hand grasps it in judgment, I will take vengeance on my adversaries and repay those who hate me."
Psalm 2:1  Why do the nations conspire and the peoples plot in vain?
Psalm 74:23  Do not ignore the clamor of your adversaries, the uproar of your enemies, which rises continually.
Psalm 139:20  They speak of you with evil intent; your adversaries misuse your name.
Isaiah 17:12-13  Woe to the many nations that rage--they rage like the raging sea! Woe to the peoples who roar--they roar like the roaring of great waters! Although the peoples roar like the roar of surging waters, when he rebukes them they flee far away, driven before the wind like chaff on the hills, like tumbleweed before a gale.
