Psalm 67:3-5

May the peoples praise you, God; may all the peoples praise you. May the nations be glad and sing for joy, for you rule the peoples with equity and guide the nations of the earth. May the peoples praise you, God; may all the peoples praise you.

May the nations be glad and sing for joy 
Psalm 100:1-2  Shout for joy to the LORD, all the earth. Worship the LORD with gladness; come before him with joyful songs.

for you rule the peoples with equity 
Psalm 9:4  For you have upheld my right and my cause, sitting enthroned as the righteous judge.
Psalm 96:10-13  Say among the nations, "The LORD reigns." The world is firmly established, it cannot be moved; he will judge the peoples with equity. Let the heavens rejoice, let the earth be glad; let the sea resound and all that is in it. Let the fields be jubilant and everything in them, let all the trees of the forest sing for joy. Let all creation rejoice before the LORD, for he comes, he comes to judge the earth. He will judge the world in righteousness and the peoples in his faithfulness.

and guide the nations of the earth 
Psalm 47:8-9  God reigns over the nations; God is seated on his holy throne. The nobles of the nations assemble as the people of the God of Abraham, for the kings of the earth belong to God; he is greatly exalted.
Psalm 68:32  Sing to God, you kingdoms of the earth, sing praise to the Lord, to him who rides across the highest heavens, who thunders with a mighty voice.
