Psalm 20:3-4

May he remember all your sacrifices and accept your burnt offerings. May he give you the desire of your heart and make all your plans succeed.

May he remember all your sacrifices 
Acts 10:4  Cornelius stared at him in fear. "What is it, Lord? he asked. The angel answered, "Your prayers and gifts to the poor have come up as a memorial offering before God."

and accept your burnt offerings 
Deuteronomy 33:10-11  "He teaches your precepts to Jacob and your law to Israel. He offers incense before you and whole burnt offerings on your altar. Bless all his skills, LORD, and be pleased with the work of his hands. Strike down those who rise against him, his foes till they rise no more."

May he give you the desire of your heart 
Psalm 21:2  You have granted him his heart's desire and have not withheld the request of his lips.
Psalm 37:4  Take delight in the LORD, and he will give you the desires of your heart.
Psalm 145:16  You open your hand and satisfy the desires of every living thing.
Isaiah 26:8  Yes, LORD, walking in the way of your laws, we wait for you; your name and renown are the desire of our hearts.
Ezekiel 24:25-26  "And you, son of man, on the day I take away their (Judah's) stronghold, their joy and glory, the delight of their eyes, their heart's desire, and their sons and daughters as well--on that day (the day Nebuchadnezzar burned Jerusalem and the temple) a fugitive will come to tell you the news."
Romans 10:1  Brothers and sisters, my heart's desire and prayer to God for the Israelites is that they may be saved.

and make all your plans succeed 
Psalm 140:8  Do not grant the wicked their desires, LORD; do not let their plans succeed.
Proverbs 16:3  Commit to the LORD whatever you do, and he will establish your plans.
Daniel 11:17  "He (the king of the North, Antiochus III) will determine to come with the might of his entire kingdom and will make an alliance with the king of the South (Ptolemy V Epiphanes). And he (Antiochus) will give him (Ptolemy) a daughter (Cleopatra I) in marriage in order to overthrow the kingdom, but his plans will not succeed or help him."
