Psalm 18:37-38

I pursued my enemies and overtook them; I did not turn back until they were destroyed. I crushed them so that they could not rise; they fell beneath my feet.

I pursued my enemies 
Leviticus 26:7  "You (Israel) will pursue your enemies, and they will fall by the sword before you."

I crushed them 
Psalm 68:21  Surely God will crush the heads of his enemies, the hairy crowns of those who go on in their sins.
Psalm 110:6  He will judge the nations, heaping up the dead and crushing the rulers of the whole earth.

so that they could not rise 
Psalm 36:12  See how the evildoers lie fallen--thrown down, not able to rise!
Psalm 140:10  May burning coals fall on them (the wicked); may they be thrown into the fire, into miry pits, never to rise.
Isaiah 26:14  They (other lords who ruled over us) are now dead, they live no more; their spirits do not rise. You punished them and brought them to ruin; you wiped out all memory of them.

they fell beneath my feet 
Psalm 47:3  He subdues nations under us, peoples under our feet.
