Psalm 18:45

They all lose heart; they come trembling from their strongholds.

They all lose heart
1 Samuel 17:32  David said to Saul, "Let no one lose heart on account of this Philistine; your servant will go and fight him."
2 Corinthians 4:1  Therefore, since through God's mercy we have this ministry, we do not lose heart.
Hebrews 12:3  Consider him (Jesus) who endured such opposition from sinners, so that you will not grow weary and lose heart.

they come trembling
Isaiah 66:2  "Has not my hand made all these things, so that they came into being?" declares the LORD. "These are the ones I look on with favor: those who are humble and contrite in spirit, and who tremble at my word."
Hosea 3:5  Afterward the Israelites will return and seek the LORD their God and David their king. They will come trembling to the LORD and to his blessings in the last days.
Hosea 11:10-11  "They will follow the LORD; he will roar like a lion. When he roars, his children will come trembling from the west. They will come from Egypt, trembling like sparrows, from Assyria, fluttering like doves. I will settle them in their homes," declares the LORD.

from their strongholds
Psalm 9:9  The LORD is a refuge for the oppressed, a stronghold in times of trouble.
Micah 7:16-18  Nations will see and be ashamed, deprived of all their power. They will put their hands over their mouths and their ears will become deaf. They will lick dust like a snake, like creatures that crawl on the ground. They will come trembling out of their dens; they will turn in fear to the LORD our God and will be afraid of you. Who is a God like you, who pardons sin and forgives the transgression of the remnant of his inheritance? You do not stay angry forever but delight to show mercy.
