Psalm 19:1

The heavens declare the glory of God; the skies proclaim the work of his hands.

The heavens
Psalm 89:5  The heavens praise your wonders, LORD, your faithfulness too, in the assembly of the holy ones.
Isaiah 40:22  He sits enthroned above the circle of the earth, and its people are like grasshoppers. He stretches out the heavens like a canopy, and spreads them out like a tent to live in.

declare
Psalm 50:6  And the heavens proclaim his righteousness, for he is a God of justice.
Psalm 148:3  Praise him, sun and moon; praise him, all you shining stars.
Romans 1:18-20  The wrath of God is being revealed from heaven against all the godlessness and wickedness of people, who suppress the truth by their wickedness, since what may be known about God is plain to them, because God has made it plain to them. For since the creation of the world God's invisible qualities--his eternal power and divine nature--have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that people are without excuse.

the glory of God
Psalm 4:2  How long will you people turn my glory into shame? How long will you love delusions and seek false gods?
Psalm 8:1  LORD, our Lord, how majestic is your name in all the earth! You have set your glory in the heavens.
Psalm 97:6  The heavens proclaim his righteousness, all the peoples see his glory.
Isaiah 6:3  And they (the seraphim) were calling to one another: "Holy, holy, holy is the LORD Almighty; the whole earth is full of his glory."

the skies
Genesis 1:8  God called the vault "sky". And there was evening, and there was morning--the second day.

proclaim the work of his hands
Psalm 8:6  You made them (human beings) rulers over the works of your hands; you put everything under their feet: ...
Psalm 103:22  Praise the LORD, all his works everywhere in his dominion. Praise the LORD, my soul.
